Heathy Recipes: Soup's On!

It's been windy and rainy lately in Hawaii, and that means just one thing--it's time for some soup! Soup is the perfect comfort food. Not only is it easy to make, it's economical, filling, nourishing, and can be low in fat and calories! The trick is to use healthy ingredients and to avoid excessive butter and cream.
