About Me

My name is Christina Landry.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports and Medicine, as well as, a certified Spin instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, the original spinning program.  I also hold certifications in kickboxing, step, and group fitness through the International Fitness Association.  Born in Houston, TX, I was an active youth dedicated to cheerleading and soccer.
Yearning for a challenge, and freedom, I joined the United States Navy immediately after graduating high school.  During boot camp, I realized I had an unusual passion for physical conditioning.   I fueled that passion throughout my Navy career by becoming an avid runner and outdoor cyclist.
After the Navy, I married and had two children.  While working very hard to get back into shape after the birth of my two children, I began to pursue a degree in Health and Human Performance in order to learn the biological impact of differing lifestyles on the human body.  Today, I am more equipped with the knowledge and practical learning skills needed to achieve my goal of being the best  trainer for all my clients.   I feel that each of us have a stronger, superior person inside just aching to come out.  Through hard work and dedication, I will introduce you to that improved person.
