Let’s get back to the basics. Boot Camp is a four week long course, designed to get your body back into shape or to improve what you have already been working on. We will meet two - three times a week on Ford Island or McGrew Point.  All levels of fitness are welcomed.  Beginners will walk before they run.  Conditioned participants will run before they sprint.
