Quick Tip: Our 2nd Travel Workout!

Traveling over the holidays? Miss a day of Boot Camp? Just looking for an extra push? Check out today's workout to really get your blood pumping--only a resistance band is needed! 

Each round should be completed three times. 

Round 1 

20 Jumping Jacks
10 push-ups
10 bicep curls
10 squats
1 minute plank

Round 2 

20 High Knees
10 tricep dips 
10 lunges per leg
10 Triple Treats 

Round 3 

20 Jumping Jacks
10 wide-grip push-ups
10 hammer curls 
10 Sumo Squats
10 Super Heroes
